A motocross rider from the age of 14 and a contemporary of Louise Kennedy in the Isle of Man, Bill could hardly fail to be attracted to road racing, living as he did in the Road Racing Centre of the world.
He is not the first rider to approach road racing from off road experience. The purchase of an R1 and attendant risks of speeding fines and loss of licences similarly encouraged him to take up racing: in his own words; "it's safer than the roads, and there are no coppers!" His initial target was, starting in 2004, to get racing experience and be able to ride in the 2006 Manx Grand Prix. He acheive this in 2005.
Since competing in the Manx Grand Prix, the love of racing Roads over Circuits took hold and Bill has raced at numerous different road venues, including the Southern 100, Jurby Road and the famous Dundrod circuit in Northern Ireland. Bill's futures goals are to compete in the TT.

Si Knoxville Parsons has been with KaKa Racing from the start. Appointed Chief Mechanic, and Bill's own spanner, Si has looked after all Bill's Bikes.
With his meticulous way and attention to detail, there is no one better. Although a rider himself, Si is happier taking things apart, seeing how they work and putting them back together, often better than when they came apart.
A valued member of the Team.
Stevie, or Feeble as he is better known, joined the team for the Manx GP 2005. Where he proved invaluable. Always willing to help at a moments notice, and has gone above and beyond most for the success of the Team.
A biker himself, he also rides a 600RR, although it does spend more time in the garage collecting dust, than blasting around the Isle of Man, that is until the boys are back.
A crucial part of the KaKa Racing.
Bill met Ali, Xmas of 2004. They fell in love and quickly married. Bill knew that his brother Tony, who lives in America, would never come back for a wedding, but knew he would come back for the Manx GP. So Bill and Ali married at the Manx GP 2005. Bill raced in the Newcomers on the Monday and married Ali on the Tuesday.
Since then Ali has played a vitial role in supporting Bill throughout his racing and life. A Vitial member of the Team and Bill.
Ali continues to support Bill to this day.....
Mother Dear & PaPa G
Mother Dear & PaPa G have been there at every event Bill has raced at on the Isle of Man. They have been at all the others in spirit. Without their help and support Bill could not and would not ever of been able to race.
During the dark times in 2005 when Bill's dream of racing the Manx GP looked to be over because of a broken collar bone. Mother Dear offer the best advice she had ever given. Despite going against all she stood for. So profound was her advice that day that the dark cloud lifted immediately.
However their support to KaKa Racing does not just stop with Billy and Tony, they have continued to accomodate and feed team members when events are on the island. Saving the team thousands in rent fees and food.
Guys you are stars and will always be loved by me and everyone in KaKa Racing.
